1.Basis of use of the KneadaBiscuit website, Instagram and Facebook Page
1.1 The KneadaBiscuit website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using www.kneadabiscuit.co.uk, www.instagram.com/kneadabiscuit or www.facebook.com/kneadabiscuit you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KneadaBiscuit website in general, the products you purchase from the KneadaBiscuit website and all services provided in connection with them.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2.Registration
2.1 When registering an account on KneadaBiscuit it is your responsibility to ensure your details, both billing and shipping are correct and complete.
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are logged in to your account when proceeding with an order to ensure that you can track your order.
- Intellectual Property
3.1 The content of the KneadaBiscuit website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the KneadaBiscuit site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form, or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the KneadaBiscuit site without written permission from KneadaBiscuit.
3.2 By ordering from KneadaBiscuit you allow KneadaBiscuit to use imagery including your logo for promotional purposes, both physical and digital, across the KneadaBiscuit website and related social media channels.
3.3 No license is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any of KneadaBiscuit’s artwork or imagery, or that of its customers.
3.4 KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to use legitimately purchased stock imagery in designs where required.
- Third Party Websites
As a convenience KneadaBiscuit may directly link to other websites or material. KneadaBiscuit is not responsible for any of these websites or material which is beyond its control.
- Availability of the KneadaBiscuit Website
5.1 Although KneadaBiscuit aims to give you the best service possible, KneadaBiscuit cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk and KneadaBiscuit will attempt to correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible.
5.2 If any fault occurs while ordering during a sale period and is not resolved during before the sale ends then this is unfortunately beyond the control of KneadaBiscuit and the sale price cannot be honoured at a later date.
5.3 Your access to the KneadaBiscuit site may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
- Purchasing from the KneadaBiscuit website and other channels
6.1 When purchasing from KneadaBiscuit either via the website, email or social media, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
6.2 You authorise KneadaBiscuit to process payments using the details you provide.
- Descriptions and prices of products
7.1 If there is anything that you do not understand on the KneadaBiscuit website, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk
7.2 KneadaBiscuit will always endeavour to provide your order as specified in the product listing; There may be some change to colours used as these are handmade using our ingredients for each order.
7.3 The price of the product does not include the delivery charge, this is calculated at the checkout.
7.4 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown for products are correct when added to the website. If by mistake we have under-priced a product, or listed it for free unintentionally then KneadaBiscuit is not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that you are notified within 7 days of your order being placed. In this circumstance KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to cancel your order and give you a full refund on any amount that you have already paid for the product.
7.5 All prices are subject to change at any given time.
7.6 Prices quoted via email or social media will remain valid for 14 days after the initial quote. After which time you will need to request an updated quote.
- Availability
8.1 All products advertised are subject to availability and in line with lead times.
8.2 In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on how many of a product you can buy for some products.
- Deliveries
9.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
9.2 Please note that we only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
9.3 We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the order. For more information on delivery arrangements please contact kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk
9.4 Whilst KneadaBiscuit makes considerable effort to deliver all your products within the time periods agreed we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.
9.5 In the event that postal services are unable to be accessed for reasons beyond our control (i.e Act of God) then parcels will be dispatched at the next available opportunity. Refunds will not be provided for items which have already progressed into and past ‘processing’.
- Return and refund policy
10.1 If you change your mind about your order within 24 hours of ordering then you will be able to cancel and request a full refund. To do so email kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk.
10.2 Orders which have progressed into, and past ‘processing’ status cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies also to orders which are on hold, or have had information requested.
10.3 KneadaBiscuit does its best to ensure all orders are made to your complete satisfaction. However, if your order is faulty you may return the item and receive a replacement or refund. Refunds and replacements will not be issued until the faulty item has been received. We’re not able to accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.

- Coupons
11.1 Coupons can be used for your order and must be redeemed at www.kneadabiscuit.co.uk prior to their expiry date. Please see your coupon for further information and conditions.
11.4 KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to terminate the operation of any coupon or discount code at any time without notice.
- Refusal of service
12.1 KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
12.3 KneadaBiscuit reserves the right to not personalise an order which may contain offensive and/or inappropriate content.

13.1 By placing an order with KneadaBiscuit you agree to be cooperate with the order process outlined here.
13.2 It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is provided and to check any spam filters that may be active on your personal email account.
