Delivery in 2 days or on nominated date, sent with DPD/Evri/Yodel – fully trackable service. A signature will be required at delivery address.

Delivered on a chosen Saturday

RETURNS POLICY
We aim to ensure you are 100% happy with your biscuits and if something isn’t quite right please do contact us further via kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk.
Damaged items
All of our parcels are carefully packaged and in the event that the postie or courier has not delivered your parcel as it left us we will replace the item without question. If the occasion has passed and a new parcel is no longer suitable, we will credit your account for future use.
Cancelled items
If you have changed your mind and no longer want your KneadaBiscuit order just get in touch with us kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk providing your order has not already been started, packed or shipped. If your order has progressed to any of these stages we unfortunately cannot offer a cancellation or refund.
Returns
As our items are perishable, we unfortunately cannot offer returns if the order is unwanted.
During busy periods, lead times will possibly change on our website – please do note this when placing an order so to avoid any disappointment in receiving a parcel for an occasion.
