It\u2019s always better to create an account so you can check back and find out what stage your order is at, and whether you need to provide any further details.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The second method, is to contact me through Facebook or Instagram, I can then book your order onto my system manually and send you an invoice via PayPal.\u00a0 If you order this way though, you won\u2019t be able to track your orders progress through the website.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>So you\u2019ve placed your order \u2013 thank you so much!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Generally, the lead time on orders is 5-14 days.<span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>This can vary, depending on if I have more orders on than usual. <\/strong>\u00a0You will know how long the current lead time is by the header on the website, and by the check-box you must tick when checking out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The first stage your order goes to is \u201cOrder Placed\u201d. This means your order has been received and is booked in. If you haven\u2019t given me any information at the time of placing your order (such as custom requirements for your biscuits \/ uploading your logo for business events) then you will receive an email in the next 48 hours detailing what you need to provide.<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>Please<\/strong><span><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>read this and return it back to me as soon as you can, to prevent any delays with me completing your order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Next up, is processing. At this stage you order will be scheduled in on the next available day and generally your order will dispatch 2 days later*.\u00a0 Once completed your order will be shipped i.e. has left KneadaBiscuit and is on its way to you.\u00a0 Please keep an eye on your post and\/or if you are sending a box of yummy biscuits to a family or friend hopefully they will be in touch with a big THANK YOU! However, in the unlikely event that you haven\u2019t received your order 5 days after the status has changed to shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* <em>For large orders please note the lead time is subject to change and therefore the delivery date for such will be agreed between us.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sometimes, you might see a different status next to your order. This can mean one of a few things:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Information Requested: This may mean that you haven\u2019t provided any info \/ uploaded your logo with your order. I\u2019ve emailed you requesting further information but haven\u2019t heard back from you. At this stage your order is still open and you\u2019ll be scheduled straight back in as soon as I have such.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, either via Paypal or by Bank Transfer. The lead time commences from the date of payment. For manual orders made via Facebook your invoice will remain open for 48 hours before being cancelled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Changing your mind<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If you change your mind you have 24 hours from the date of ordering to request to cancel your order and receive a refund. Once your order has passed the lead time then it cannot be refunded, this also applies to orders at \u2018Information Requested\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">KneadaBiscuit uses Royal Mail to send the majority of our parcels, however Evri, DPD and Yodel may be used if your order exceeds 5kg. If you have a preference as to which delivery provider is used, please contact<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk\">kate@kneadabiscuit.co.uk<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>prior to placing your order to request this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address when placing your order.
